El Sabor, an Italian and Spanish fusion restaurant, appears like an oasis in the most beautiful square in historic Nicosia and is a favourite of locals, many of whom have been regulars since the restaurant was first opened in 2004 by a family of Cypriot/Portuguese descent from the United Kingdom. The restaurant has a stylish, spacious interior and ample outside seating, yet reservations are recommended as it can get very busy.
