Dipkarpas peninsula has been dubbed as the ‘unspoiled beauty of Northern Cyprus’, and as still maintaining Mother Nature’s ‘untapped beauty’.

The Mayor of Dipkarpaz, Suphi Coşkun, is the front figure running the municipality located at the City hall square of Dipkarpaz village. A detached building sits on two floors, sits prominently in sandy yellow, and stands out upon entering the village of Dip Karpaz on the far easterly peninsula of Cyprus.

The village has grown and many different hotels, restaurants and sightseeing destinations are here  today. Dipkarpaz Municipality has engaged in a green initiative with eco-living and nature attractions and activities.
