Discover the history and cultivation of wine at Gillham’s Wine Culture, where guests are educated on all aspects of wine production. Offering a selection of tours, wine education classes, wine lectures and much more. Guests will also be given the opportunity to taste and purchase the exceptional wine cultivated by the resident award winning winemaker Lin Gold.

This unique experience will teach you everything there is to know about the wine making process from planting the vines to the final product. At Gillham’s Wine Culture there is also a VIP lounge overlooking the sophisticated Barrel room that can be hired out for parties and private meetings.

Experienced staff will guide you through the learning process, giving tours through the companies own winery and explaining how they manage to cultivate the highest quality grapes and produce the finest wines. Wine tours and wine tastings are held everyday with the last tour starting 16:30. Bookings are required.
