Sunday Special offers succulent slow-cook Klefitco or Firin Kebab, cooked parcels of organic lamb and cyprus potato scented with bay leaf, of the bone tender. There’s a wide selection of drinks to chose from, including the local classic Zivaniye and Raki. Traditional meze consists of many varied appetisers, fresh sales, village farm yoghurt, olives and vinaigrettes village bread.
