Upper Crust in Karakum is a cozy British café and bakery with homemade pies and sweets. The owners, Haluk and Cucin Özcemal have had the café for several years and make all the snacks and pastries themselves daily fresh. Treat yourself to a hot soup, a scones with jam or a filling pie. The menu features treats like pies with chicken and mushrooms, quiche, sausage rolls, muffins, apple pie and lots of other goodies.
